These shirts are excellent for the price. Reasons I like them:
1. They iron quickly, and have medium wrinkle resistance. You can get away with just ironing the front panels if you're in a hurry.
2. They resist wear well. More expensive shirts I used to buy would look good for a while, then all of a sudden the edges would fray and the whole shirt would seem to disintegrate. These don't pill or fray, and generally last for a long time.
3. They look good. Unlike other cheap shirts, these aren't paper-thin to the point that they are embarrassing to wear. The cut is nice enough. I am unafraid to wear these into court.
4. They're cheap. In fact they are half-price or less compared to other dress shirts I've bought (and compared to which these shirts are in many ways superior).
These shirts are simply in a class of their own, value-wise. There is no competitor.

The product feature list says button down collar, the picture shows a tab collar.
It is NOT Button down collar. Other than that, a great shirt!!!
